company. He is also Chairman of MegaWatt Solutions, Inc., a technology company pioneering in utilizing

Corporation, CJH Hotel Corporation and CJH Suites Corporation. He is a Director of Global-Estate
Resorts, Inc. He is also the Chairman of the Forest Hills Golf & Country Club, Inc.. He is likewise the
President of Fairways & Bluewater Resort, Golf & Country Club, Inc. and Camp John Hay Golf Club, Inc.
He is also a Director of Metro Renewable Transport Solution, Inc. He took his Bachelor of Arts at
Arellano University in 1970. He has a Bachelor of Law degree from San Beda College where he graduated
