Filipino, 70, and currently the Senior Vice President for Project Development of MGHC. Mr. Cacho is also the President and Chief Operating Officer of Metro Solar Power Solutions, Inc. He is a Director and Senior Advisor of Metro Global Renewable Energy Corporation and the Chief Operating Officer of Metro Renewable Transport Solutions, Inc. Mr. Cacho holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Major in Communication Arts from De La Salle University Manila in 1978. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business Manila, in 1983. Mr. Cacho has over 45 years of senior-level management and construction experience across various organizations throughout his career.
